Terms of Use

○ ONLINE BOOKING
We use Square.com Platform for appointments and payments processing.
You must be at least 18 years old to make an appointment.
$30 deposit is required to confirm your booking, please review cancellation policy.

Appointments can be booked online anytime. Prefer to speak with us directly? Give us a call at (754) 364-1321 to schedule your session.

○ IN-HOME MOBILE MASSAGE
There is a on-hold deposit of 20% ,and gratuity (20%) will be added to the final charge.

○ PAYMENT
We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. In case any add-on/service is due after massage is complete, balance will be automatically charge to credit card on file.

○ GRATUITY
Gratuity is not included. We are confident that will you be entirely satisfied with our services and our therapists will appreciate your gratitude.

○ FIRST-TIME MASSAGE - ARRIVE EARLY
We recommend arriving 5 to 10 minutes before your appointment for any questions or doubts about your treatment, especially if it is your first time receiving a massage.

○ CANCELLATION
Please cancel or reschedule an appointment 24 hours prior. For IN-HOME mobile appointments, 24 hours cancellation is required for deposit (20%) refund.

○ RESCHEDULE
If appointment is rescheduled, the deposit amount will be charged NON-REFUNDABLE

○ LATE FOR THE APPOINTMENT
If you are running late for your appointment, please contact us at (754) 364-1321 or via e-mail at info@firstmassage.us to accommodate your treatment for the remaining time. Full treatment will be charged. Additional time to your treatment can be added, please ask your therapist for additional time options.

○ NO SHOW
No-Show without any notification (Call or Email), appointment deposit amount will be charged NON-REFUNDABLE

○ MEDICAL CONDITIONS OR INJURY
Please communicate if you have a specific medical condition like high blood pressure, blood clots, allergies, using any medication, or are in your first trimester of pregnancy, always consult your doctor before booking.

○ CLIENT CONDUCT POLICY  
It is strictly prohibited: Unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, or verbal/physical conduct of a sexual nature. The therapist will terminate the session immediately and client will be escorted out and banned permanently.

○ CHILDREN
Minors under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult (18+) at all times.

○ PETS
No pets allowed inside facilities

○ PERSONAL VALUABLES
Clients are solely responsible for their personal items during their visit. We are not responsible for any items left behind and assumes no liability for lost, stolen, or misplaced personal belongings. We highly recommend do not bring valuables for your appointment.

○ PERSONAL INFORMATION
We will never sell or release your personal information, except as required by law or to provide our core services.
